1960's Gray Beret (Vintage store?)
1960's Golf Romper (Ebay, years ago)
Saddle Shoes (Thrifted)
I adore this romper! About a year ago, I lost a good amount of weight, and I purchased this romper in the middle stages of that weight loss. It's been hidden in my "must replace zipper/needs alterations" pile since then. Resurrection!! I altered the top of the sleeves, and took in a couple other spots this morning, and I couldn't be happier! Sweet!
I had a great night last night! One of my old friends drove up to check out the store, and ended up staying for dinner/bar fun :). I had such a good time talking to him; plus we were joined by my friend Alicia, which made it all the better :).
Ah, the eye. I got all pumped this morning about making an awesome work lunch (tofu, faux italian sausage, brown rice, peppers, garlic, tomatoes, etc.). And of course, I cut up the hot pepper, then rubbed my eye like a moron, so I'm now left with a red eye for the day. It hurt!
Hey, there's my little golfer buddy! I think his head is supposed to be the moon??? Who knows. I just know it's cool. :). God I love randomness.
I feel like a 60's french 'Madeline', haha.
Can I just take a minute to tell you how much I LOVE Louis CK? He's come up 4 or 5 times in the past few days, which I think is awesome! I had no idea so many people were watching 'Louie', or knew/liked him in general. I think he's hilarious, but more importantly, he is just a really raw/real comedian. I loved 'Lucky Louie', and now I'm even more in love with his new show. Every time I see him I want to a. laugh, and b. hug him. :)
What an absolute treasure your romper is!! If you actually played golf in it I think you'd have half the club following you around the green - hotness!!! I've done that to my eye so many times, the latest was rubbing lavender flowers then putting my contacts in - duh!! I'm going to check out Louie:)) xoxoxoxoxo
